Conditions of sale and return of products

We value our customers' opinions and are always happy to improve based on the feedback received. If, for any reason, you feel that the experience did not meet your expectations or you wish to give us O your feedback , we encourage you to do so through the following procedures:

1. Nonconforming product or feedback about a product or service

If you notice a non-conforming product or would like to provide feedback, please follow these steps:

- Get in touch with our Quality Department, via email Qualidadeesegurançaalimentar@gestgasp.com

- In the email, explain in detail what happened, so that we can help you in the best possible way;
- Please provide the following details of your purchase so that we can resolve the issue effectively: Invoice number, Time of purchase,...

All emails received are carefully analyzed and responded to within 48 business hours.

Please note that any complaint directly related to the quality of the product must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase, as we cannot guarantee that the conservation conditions have been maintained after leaving our facilities.

We do not accept product returns after 1 hour of purchase. In any case, even within this period, the decision on returning the product or refunding the amount will always be made by Frango Vaidoso, who will evaluate each specific situation on a case-by-case basis.

2. Product forgotten in store
If you notice that a product has been forgotten in store, please follow these steps:

- Inform us about the forgotten product and share the details of your purchase;
